Here’s an insight into life at Good-Loop (and most importantly, our excellent benefits and perks).

We’re a team that gives a shit — about our work, our customers, and doing things the right way. We have each other’s backs, always. And we’re impossible to ignore — bold in our ideas, our impact, and the way we show up every day. If that sounds like your kind of energy, you’ll fit right in here.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, client-focused Account Manager to own post-sale relationships and account growth. You will manage and renew existing key accounts, act as the primary client contact after close, and partner closely with Sales and internal teams to drive campaign performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through incremental upsells and cross-sells.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of key post-sale accounts, ensuring successful delivery and renewal.

  2. Serve as the primary client-facing contact for day-to-day communication and escalation.

  3. Co-own accounts with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs, alignment on goals, and renewal strategy.

  4. Drive account growth by proactively identifying and pursuing cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on campaign results and client needs.

  5. Lead post-sale kickoff calls to align objectives, timelines, and KPIs with clients and internal teams.

  6. Conduct mid-campaign reviews to assess performance, surface issues, and recommend optimizations.

  7. Lead post-campaign reviews that summarize outcomes, ROI, and learnings.

  8. Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

  9. Collaborate with internal sales, product, operations, analytics, and creative teams, and external partners and agencies to deliver integrated solutions.

  10. Build a deep understanding of each client’s business and key influencers to proactively identify creative, high-impact opportunities.

  11. Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and renewal plans in CRM.

About you

Essential criteria:

  1. 5+ years of account management or client success experience in adtech, digital marketing, or media buying.

  2. Strong client-facing skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships.

  3. Hands-on experience leading kickoff, mid-campaign, and post-campaign reviews.

  4. Commercially motivated; excited by the challenge of growing key accounts

  5. Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and turning them into recommendations.

  6. Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, and working with Sales on renewals and upsells.

  7. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  8. Proficient in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - capable of building high quality slide decks and extracting insights from spreadsheets.

  9. Proficiency with adtech platforms and campaign management tools (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads) preferred.

  10. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

  11. Background working with agencies and external media partners preferred.

  12. Willingness to work flexibly across time zones when required.

  13. Occasional travel, both domestic and international, will be required.

Personal attributes:

  1. Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

  2. Genuinely care about your work, your teammates, and delivering great outcomes for customers.

  3. Hold yourself and others to high standards - doing things the right way matters to you.

  4. Collaborative and supportive - you’ve got your team’s back, always.

  5. Bold, confident, and not afraid to stand out with fresh ideas and strong execution.

  6. Bring energy, passion, and presence to everything you do - you show up and make an impact every day.

Research shows that while men apply for jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalised groups tend to only apply when they tick every box. So if you think you have what it takes, but don’t necessarily meet every single requirement on the list above, please still get in touch. We’d love to have a chat and hear about what else you know.
