Here’s an insight into life at Good-Loop (and most importantly, our excellent benefits and perks).

About the role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital advertising technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and creativity are valued?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead our product team, currently composed of a Product Designer, Research Associate and QA Analyst. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for managing the team, driving the product strategy and roadmap, and overseeing the development and delivery of cutting-edge advertising technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for our AdTech offerings, especially across our growing suite of measurement offerings, and aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Work closely with our Research Associate to guide the product roadmap and take on leadership of the product development function once the interim CTO returns to his NED role.

- Work with the Software Development Manager in sprints to deliver the technical elements of the product roadmap.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements and priorities.

- Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and market demands.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, contributing to panels and IAB Council.

- Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyse data to gain insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise product features and functionality.

- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product organisation.

- Build and communicate the Product Strategy.

Research shows that while men apply for jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalised groups tend to only apply when they tick every box. So if you think you have what it takes, but don’t necessarily meet every single requirement on the list above, please still get in touch. We’d love to have a chat and hear about what else you know.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not essential. Note however, higher education is not a prerequisite for this role.

- 7+ years of experience in product management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the AdTech industry.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AdTech products or platforms, with a deep understanding of ad serving, programmatic advertising, targeting, and optimization.

- Technical experience in AdTech and a record of previous collaboration with engineering teams in a dynamic environment.

- Experience in SSP, DSP, Network, and Agency Tech would be desirable.

- A background in verification companies or other digital media forensics would be highly desirable.

- As this is a somewhat technical role, it is important that you understand what a Supply Chain Object is and are capable of writing a Product Requirements Document (PRD).

- Should be able to confidently walk through a sellers.json tree.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product plans.

- Strong track record of cross-functional stakeholder management; comfortable and experienced pulling in departments and aligning product goals to business objectives.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to digital advertising, privacy, and data protection (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
